- MULTILINGUAL DESCRIPTIONS
- DEDICATED CUSTOMER SERVICE

Once the catalog is integrated, you can start selling our products as if they were your own.
The catalog updates every 15 minutes, so there's no risk of selling something that's no longer available.
After selling your product, go directly to the website www.stockfirmati.com, log in with your credentials and proceed with the order. You can choose whether to ship directly to your customer by parcel (anonymous) or to receive it directly in your warehouse.

Shipping costs are 6.90 for Italy and 13.90 for all of Europe.
Exceeded 5 pcs the amount may vary.
At the moment we do not handle shipments outside the EU

RETURNS MANAGEMENT:
Once a month you can send all your returns back to our warehouse in one package.
It is essential that all returned products have their original packaging (bag and tags)
Products that do not meet the required conditions will be set aside pending your collection.

As for the CSV FEED that we provide for the integration, I anticipate that it is not compatible with Shopify or other similar platforms.
