You are a shopkeeper: the invoice is issued during the preparation of the order and uploaded to your portal in the invoice area, where you can download it in PDF format independently.

If you are a customer subscribed to our Dropshipping service: the invoice with the summary of orders placed in the previous month will be sent via email at the beginning of the following month.
