If you made a double payment for an order, follow these steps:

- Contact customer service: via email to assistenza@stockfirmati.com and inform them of the duplicate payment situation.

- Ask them to process a refund for the duplicate payment, providing details of both payments.

- Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
