Can I know the shipping costs and times?

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after purchase, with the estimated delivery date. If you haven't received it, also check your junk mail.

The email also includes shipping costs.

- If you are a shopkeeper: The order will be prepared within 48 hours and delivery takes on average 2-3 working days.

- If you are a customer subscribed to the Dropshipping service: The order will be prepared within 24 hours and delivery takes an average of 24-48 working hours.

When the goods have been entrusted to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with the reference code and tracking number.
